CLI Contract - check your platform CLI for scripts, CI and agents

Check a platform's command-line interface against the design that serves a human at a terminal, a CI script and a coding agent alike, then write the CLI design spec and the release plan. Free in your browser: the command table's grammar (one order, no near-synonym verbs, no API-shaped names), --json coverage, severe-action guards --yes cannot skip, idempotency, wait and dry-run flags, secrets accepted as flags, one environment prefix, the exit codes against the eight caller actions, CI-safe behaviour, credentials and telemetry, the five gates scored, the command layer and telemetry posture ranked, plus an exit-code table, a severity table and a self-description document.
