Context Lens — drop your agent config, get the context-budget audit
Drop your CLAUDE.md, agents, skills, rules and .mcp.json and see exactly what they cost in context-window tokens before your first turn. A free in-browser scanner measures every file (prose at words x 1.3, fenced code at chars / 4), counts the frontmatter descriptions that ride on every Task call, costs MCP tool schemas at ~500 tokens each, and finds byte-identical duplicates and overlapping always-on instructions. The audit then classifies every component as always, sometimes or rarely needed and ranks the trims by tokens recovered — and the browser cross-checks the model's arithmetic, flagging any claimed saving larger than the component it names actually costs. A derived work of the @affaan-m/context-budget skill (github.com/affaan-m/everything-claude-code, MIT).
