Csproj Modernizer — audit .csproj, .props and .targets files, and move legacy projects to SDK-style

Paste .csproj, .props and .targets files: a free in-browser check flags MSBuild anti-patterns (unquoted conditions, TargetFramework conditions in .props, publish-on-build races, defaults in .targets, NETSDK1022 duplicates), then an audit gives a BAD-to-GOOD fix for every finding, or a modernize run rewrites a legacy project to SDK-style, checked against your files.
