ICE Card

An emergency medical card made from what you write. Paste your allergies, medicines, conditions, implants and emergency contacts and the page checks it free in your browser: severe allergies, blood thinners, insulin and implants put at the top; a contact without a phone number; an allergy without its reaction; a medicine without its dose or how often; error-prone abbreviations such as qd, U and trailing zeros; a medicine from the class of a listed allergy - and prints it wallet-size, on A4 or in large print. A metered run turns messy notes into a clean card without adding anything you did not write, or translates the card for a trip with every medicine name, dose and phone number kept exactly.
