Paste one raw product or feature idea. Free in your browser: the five sharpening questions (who it is for, what success looks like, constraints, what has been tried, why now) and the red flags of a refinement rubric. Expand reframes it as a How-Might-We question, asks what it still needs to know and writes five to seven variations, one per ideation lens; Converge clusters the ones you pick into two or three directions rated painkiller or vitamin and writes a one-pager with tested assumptions, an MVP and a Not Doing list.
