Drop the .ifc file a design consultant just delivered and get it read, judged and turned into structured data in one sitting. A real ISO 10303-21 STEP-physical-file reader runs free in your browser - it resolves the spatial tree through IfcRelAggregates and IfcRelContainedInSpatialStructure, the property sets, element quantities, materials and classification through their IfcRel* relationships, the unit assignment and the georeferencing level, and it validates every GlobalId and every entity reference. Then pick a lane: a fourteen-check handover audit with a risk register; an extraction schema that names the exact IFC attribute behind every column and lists the ones this model cannot produce; a takeoff readiness plan separating what can be read from IfcElementQuantity from what must be derived; or the prioritised RFI, with a sendable email, that goes back to the model author. Never uploads your file - only a derived digest, whose size and sampling the page states before you run. Element register, type counts, storeys, findings and checks all export as CSV; the schema exports as DDL.
