Memo Merge — memory file in, a merged instruction file out
Promote the lessons that have matured out of an agent memory file into the instruction file they belong in, without losing a detail or repeating a rule. The free half is a real engine: paste both files and the browser parses each into frontmatter, a heading tree and atomic rules, scores every lesson's maturity from countable signals, sorts each into exactly one bucket — contradicts a standing rule, already covered, too green, overlapping, genuinely new — with the partition asserted by counting, merges the applyTo globs with real subsumption, and writes both the merged instruction file and the memory file that should remain. The AI pass does the consolidation judgement, and the same checker re-measures its output for knowledge loss in both directions, redundancy and surviving contradictions. A derived work of @github/memory-merger (github/awesome-copilot).
