Next Thing
The letter you keep putting off, as one next action. Paste a letter, email or set of instructions you have to act on - a council form, a school email, a first-week checklist - and your browser reads it free: every date as a calendar day (weekdays and 'within 21 days of the date of this letter' counted for you), deadlines with the days left, a weekday that disagrees with its date, every ask with a time estimate, what to have ready, phone numbers and references, a tickable checklist and a calendar file. A metered run writes the action card the i-have-adhd way - a next action of five minutes or less, at most seven steps with minutes, every deadline carried, tangents parked - and, once you tick steps off and say what happened, restates it as 'step 2 of 5 done'. Built on the SkillSafe skill @ayghri/i-have-adhd.
