Panel Desk - one exported Grafana dashboard, reviewed, its queries audited, made portable and costed

Paste an exported Grafana dashboard JSON model and work it four ways over that same document: a production review of the board itself, a per-target audit of every panel query, a portability pass that decides whether it will import into another environment, and a cost pass that prices what it charges you to keep open. A free in-browser reader parses the model first - panels including the ones nested in collapsed rows, every target expression, which template variables are actually used, every pinned datasource uid, the 24-column layout grid, embedded credentials and the refresh arithmetic - and writes a patched dashboard.json with the unambiguous repairs applied, all with no account and no run.
