You know where the hit lands; Remotion wants to know where the FILE starts, and they are not the same number - a whoosh carries ~180 ms before its transient, so from={hitFrame} lands the impact late by the whole pre-roll. Paste a cue sheet and this works out every start frame and `from` prop, how far each hit lands from its picture event once BOTH roundings are counted, what the Sequence window cuts off the attack and the decay, and which cues are never heard at all.
