Paste the written instructions you have to read out to someone doing the job on the other end of a phone call - tying a bow tie, setting up a board game, a recipe, a new vacuum bag. Free in the browser: the text split into written steps, each timed at a slow, steady or brisk speaking pace, with what trips the ear marked (a picture they cannot see, numbers and codes, symbols, abbreviations, asides in brackets, long sentences, several actions at once), drawn as knots and tangles on a tin-can telephone, a fixed verdict (send a picture first, two calls, slow it down or read it out), a call reader that shows one part at a time, and exports. One metered task writes the talk-through: what to do before you call, what to have ready, an opening line, short parts that each end in a check-in question, a break for two calls, a closing question and a tip; the page re-checks every part against the steps.
