Link Ration - spend a page's few links a month where they count

When a social page may only carry a few outbound links a month, paste the month's planned posts (one per line, a date in front if you like) and the allowance. Free in the browser: the post reader, the link ledger (posts that want a coupon, posts that share a destination, posts with two links, short links and tracking tags), a ration book with one coupon per allowed link, the page's own guess at which posts deserve them, and every export (posting list, Markdown, calendar CSV, JSON). One metered lane rations the month: over, fits or needs real posts - spending the coupons on posts where clicking is the action (ordering, booking, applying), leaving link-free posts as they are, marking posts too thin to publish, and rewriting every other link post so it stands on its own, with where the link lives instead. The page re-checks every reply for coupon counts, web addresses left in rewrites, comment-link workarounds and numbers the posts never state. Built on @coreyhaines31/social-content.
