Second Choice - count a small group's ranked vote

Paste a club's, household's or team's ranked ballots for one everyday choice. The page counts them by instant runoff in your browser, with fixed tie-breaks, and draws every round as a ribbon chart showing where each eliminated option's ballots went - free. One metered run explains the count round by round, names the outcome type (first-round majority, comeback win, photo finish, won on transfers or dead heat), cross-checks it against second choices and one-on-one match-ups, and writes a decision record; the page re-checks every number. Ballots stay anonymous. Built on the SkillSafe skill @product-on-purpose/tool-note-and-vote.
