Staggered Start - level a lopsided game with fair head starts

Name one game, how it is won and an optional target score, how many games you played together and each player's wins. Free in the browser: a running-track drawing with staggered start lines and the page's own head-start size per player by a fixed rule (small 10%, medium 20%, large 30%, or a gap too wide for any head start), plus SVG and PNG downloads. One metered task turns each size into a handicap in the game's own terms, explains it from the wins, adds one catch-up or turn-order rule for the table and suggests another way to play when a gap is too wide; the page re-checks every size and amount.
